Mennonite Health Services (MHS) Alliance is a not-for-profit organization that supports Mennonite and other Anabaptist faith-grounded health and human service providers in their leadership and strategic direction. We work to expand the capacity of our members, and to help them refine and enhance organizational performance in relationship to their values. To meet these goals, we provide resources and values-based consulting services to members and other not-for-profit, faith-grounded organizations.
MHS Alliance has assembled a highly experienced team of consultants and staff to help your organization discover new methods for approaching your daily challenges. We can assist you with a wide variety of organizational needs – from finding a new CEO or filling a key senior staff position, to developing your board and leadership, to enhancing operations and beyond. Most importantly, we do it all with a faith-grounded perspective, helping leaders integrate core values into the way the organization is run. It’s a truly unique approach to helping you serve others more effectively.
Membership is open to organizations affiliated with Mennonite Church USA, Mennonite Brethren US Conference and Brethren in Christ denominations. MHS Alliance members include retirement communities and other aging services providers, mental and behavioral health services providers, acute care hospitals and ministries serving troubled families and individuals with disabilities. Our current membership serves more than 75,000 people of all ages across the United States.
