Vice President of Health Services /Health Care Administrator
Job Desicription: Schowalter Villa, a progressive Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) serving over 435 residents on campus, is seeking a Vice President of Health Services/ Health Care Administrator. This position will be responsible for overseeing the award-winning 145 bed Health Care and Assisted Living community with a tradition of dedication to our residents. Our organization is looking for someone who possesses excellent management skills, long term care experience and love for older adults. The candidate should also possess strong leadership skills, be progressive and visionary, with technical expertise on the latest federal & state health care rules and regulations. While candidates with Nursing Facility Administrator license are preferred, individuals with geriatric nursing management experience or other related field are also encouraged to apply.
