The Equipped for Succession Retreat offers a sacred and safe place for chief executives to reflect on leadership succession, including their own personal timing and that of the organization, and ways to make a transition optimal for themselves and for the organization.
Retreat Features:

- Reflections on various board and executive transition planning processes
- Planning life changes from an Everence financial planning perspective
- How to know when it is time for a transition and how to begin the process
- Best practices on how to leave well
- Spiritual and professional readings and reflection on life and leadership transitions

Registration and Logistics:
- The retreat fee is $750. The fee includes:
- Facilitator and resource persons
- Lodging for one night
- Meals and snacks
- Preparation Resources – a list of readings and websites will be shared prior to the retreat
